Central Louisiana
100+ Women Who Care is a group of women who care deeply about the Central Louisiana community and want to make a difference. We gather four times each year for a one-hour social. At these gatherings, each member writes a $100 check to a local charity that the group selects. This combined donation can make a real impact, without time-consuming fundraising events and planning, and 100% of the donation goes to the charity. Once per year, Central Louisiana Arts & Healthcare, Inc. will be chosen as the non-profit organization for hosting the administration of the 100 Women Who Care About Central Louisiana group.
We typically meet on the 3rd Tuesday of January, April, July and October from 5:30 - 6:30 pm at a different location in Central Louisiana.

If you are a 501(c)(3) non-religious and non-political non-profit organization domiciled in Rapides Parish (and have been a 501(c)(3) for at least one year) and would like to be considered to receive one of our donations, please check out our Non-Profits page where you can download a Charity Form.

100+ Women Who Care is a National organization started in Michigan by Karen Dunigan to raise money for cribs for new parents. Karen's legacy lives on as there are now more than 350 chapters throughout the world. Our Central Louisiana chapter is the first and only chapter in the State of Louisiana.
Please join us to meet other women, network, socialize, and make a tremendous impact in our local community. All it takes is 4 hours of your time and $400 a year donated to local charities.

Next Meeting
The recipient of our April, 2024 donation is Glass Act Recycling! Congratulations! Our next gathering will be Tuesday, July 23 at 5:30 pm. It will be held at a private home and we will send the address in our email that goes out to the members. We do hope you will join us in person, but if you are unable to attend, please feel free to send a proxy vote (once we know who the three charities are) to Judy at judy@artsandhealthcare.org
